Quotes and payment. Fixed quotes are provided before work begins and are valid for 30 days. Third-party expenses are passed through at cost with receipts. Payment by card, bank transfer, or RMB on the ground.
Membership. Annual, non-recurring unless you renew. Refunds within 14 days of purchase if Q&A entitlements are unused.
Information. Guides and briefings reflect published rules at the time of writing; rules change. Always confirm critical details with official sources or with us before acting.
Liability. We act with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on our information.
