A vetted assistant meets you at the agreed place and time, handles the language and the process end to end (bank, hospital, government office, factory visit), and reports back with photos and receipts. Third-party fees are quoted upfront and passed through at cost.
No. We do not organize tours, package holidays, or group itineraries. We provide personal assistance, interpretation, and coordination for your own plans — like having a local colleague with you, not a tour guide.
We provide practical, current-information guidance based on published rules and our experience. We are not a law firm and do not give legal opinions. For complex cases we can refer you to licensed professionals.
We're based in Shenzhen and cover all major cities (Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chengdu…) through our vetted assistant network. Remote tasks can be handled anywhere in China.
